TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, courses and appointments provided by Connie’s Laser Lounge Ltd (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment or course, or attending the Clinic for treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
Appointments must be booked in advance.
When booking an individual treatment, the full treatment price is payable at the time of booking.
Treatment courses must be paid for in full before the first treatment session, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with the Clinic in writing.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Once booked, the appointment time may not be available to another client.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Individual appointments
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the full appointment fee will be payable before a further appointment can be booked.
Appointments booked as part of a course
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or you fail to attend your appointment, the treatment session will be redeemed from your course.
The missed session will not be replaced or refunded, and any additional sessions required to complete the desired course of treatment may be charged at the Clinic’s current treatment price.
3. NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Failure to attend an appointment without providing notice will be treated as a cancellation without the required notice.
For individual appointments, the full treatment fee will remain payable.
For prepaid courses, the relevant treatment session will be deducted from the course.
Repeated non-attendance may result in the Clinic declining to accept future bookings.
4. LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
We ask clients to arrive approximately 5 minutes before their appointment where paperwork or consultation forms need to be completed.
If you arrive late, your treatment will normally finish at the originally scheduled time. This may result in a reduced treatment time or, where there is insufficient time to safely carry out the treatment, the appointment being cancelled.
A late cancellation may be subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy.
5. TREATMENT PREPARATION
Clients are responsible for following all preparation instructions provided by the Clinic before treatment.
Failure to follow the required preparation instructions may mean that:
The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.
6. CONSULTATION, PATCH TESTING & MEDICAL INFORMATION
Where required, a consultation and/or patch test must be completed before treatment.
Clients must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, medication, allergies, skin conditions, previous treatments and any other information that may affect the safety or suitability of treatment.
Clients must inform the Clinic of any changes to their medical circumstances or medication before each treatment.
The Clinic reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment if we believe treatment may be unsuitable or unsafe.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the outcome of treatment and may result in treatment being refused.
7. COURSES OF TREATMENT
All treatment courses must be paid for in full before the first treatment session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Courses are designed to be completed within a specific treatment schedule and must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once the 12-month period has expired, any unused sessions will expire and will not be refundable or transferable.
Prepaid treatment courses are non-refundable, subject to any rights the client may have under applicable consumer law.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will be deducted from the course in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8. TREATMENT RESULTS
Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Factors including skin type, hair type, medical conditions, medication, hormones, lifestyle, adherence to preparation and aftercare instructions and individual response to treatment may affect results.
Purchasing a course does not guarantee a particular result or outcome.
Additional treatments may be recommended where appropriate and may incur additional charges.
9. AFTERCARE
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the Clinic following treatment.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may increase the risk of irritation, complications or unwanted results.
The Clinic cannot accept responsibility for issues arising as a result of failure to follow professional aftercare instructions.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction following treatment, please contact the Clinic as soon as possible and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
10. THE CLINIC’S RIGHT TO REFUSE OR POSTPONE TREATMENT
For the safety of our clients and staff, Connie’s Laser Lounge Ltd reserves the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue a treatment where:
Where treatment is postponed because of a contraindication or safety concern, the Clinic will discuss the available options with the client.
11. CLINIC CANCELLATIONS
Connie’s Laser Lounge Ltd will make every reasonable effort to ensure appointments run as scheduled.
However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require an appointment to be cancelled or postponed.
Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client as soon as possible and rearrange the appointment where appropriate.
12. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All prices are confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, individual appointments must be paid for in full when booked.
Prepaid courses are non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a refund is legally required, this will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Promotional offers and discounted courses may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
13. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional prices and special offers may be subject to specific terms, including purchase deadlines, treatment commencement dates and course restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
The Clinic reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers where appropriate.
14. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending the Clinic.
Connie’s Laser Lounge Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
15. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Subject to applicable law, Connie’s Laser Lounge Ltd will not be responsible for losses arising from a client’s failure to provide accurate medical information, follow preparation instructions or follow aftercare advice.
The Clinic will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing treatments and services.
16. CLIENT CONDUCT
Clients are expected to treat Clinic staff and other clients with courtesy and respect.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
The Clinic reserves the right to terminate an appointment and/or decline future bookings where a client’s behaviour is considered unacceptable.
17. PHOTOGRAPHY & RESULTS
Where before-and-after photographs are taken for treatment records, these will only be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes where the appropriate consent has been provided.
Clients may withdraw marketing consent at any time for future use.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Connie’s Laser Lounge Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to your booking will be those in effect at the time of booking, unless a change is required by law or relates to the safe operation of the Clinic.
19. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment or course, or attending the Clinic for treatment, you confirm that:
